The first thing that pops into your head when you see these beads is "How did they manage to carve all that pattern INSIDE the bead?" Well I can tell you it involves a little imagination and a lot of hard work! These are actually Doublets made from Lemon Quartz and they have a frosted surface in the inside while the outside is smooth and shiny. These are hollow inside so they don't weigh as much as they look, making them a good choice for earrings. All the patterns inside are handcarved and they actually look like blown glass art.Beads measuring 14x20x9 mm for the matched pair and 15.35x21.6x9.6 mm for the larger piece. Actual set shown. Since the color is from the inside, you don't have to worry about them scratching and losing their glow. These would make amazing pieces especially for bridal jewelry!
