These are called Pinfire Opal from Honduras as they have little pinpoints of fire that are scattered throughout the host stone of Black Basalt. It's a bit like looking at a starry sky, very dreamy. Graded A by our supplier, these are indeed very rarely seen on the market! Larger pieces of clear Herkimer Diamonds with the occasional sprinkle of natural carbon inclusions are set in .925 Sterling Silver. They are set in such a way that you can still appreciate its natural shape yet adding a more polished element to it. Size is around 2.5-3 cm long including the bail. The photo above shows examples of the pieces so do expect some variation since each piece is unique. All the pieces will have a double terminated shape and a few even an extra crystal structure sticking out. These are natural stones so some inherent imperfections and indents may be present.
